Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted to through email which can be done by clicking Contact Us.

We will not honor cancellations given by word of mouth or through social media platforms.

Please be sure to include your name, email address that you used to register and the date of event you are cancelling.

Refund and Transfer Policy

  • Requests for cancellations or transfer of available credit will be honored based on the amount of notice:
    • 61+ days notice: full Refund or transfer
    • 30-60 days notice: partial refund or transfer
    • 0-30 days notice: no refund or transfer
  • The weekend retreat’s $50 non-refundable deposit will not be refunded or transferred regardless of how much notice is given.
  • Registration may only be transferred one time. Please note, transfers are based on spaces available at the requested event.
  • No refunds are given for “no shows”

Payment Policies

  • Registration to events is not complete until payment is made
  • Weekend events must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event
