Attendance

  • No animals or pets are allowed in the crop room due to potential allergies and fears.
    The hotel is pet friendly, visits with furry loved ones can be done in several areas of the hotel.
  • Children under 13 are not permitted to attend the crops.
  • Headphones are required when listening to your own music or media
  • Temperature of the event space can vary and is typically kept cooler, dress in layers.

Payment

  • You will receive an invoice through PayPal when registering with a deposit.
  • PayPal invoices allow you to make payments against the invoice or pay in ful by the due date.
  • You can contact us for alternative payment arrangements (i.e. Zelle payments). 
  • Open balances must be paid in full 45 days prior to the event or registration may be voided.

Cancelations

All cancellations must be submitted to through email which can be done by clicking Contact Us.
We cannot honor cancellations given by word of mouth or through social media platforms.

When you are unable to attend an event, the options are:

  • Make arrangements for a friend to attend – just let us know who is taking your place.
  • Transfer your registration to another event within the same calendar year.
  • Request a refund excluding the $50 non-refundable deposit.

As we make plans and purchases in advance of events, we are unable to honor transfer or refund requests received less than 30 days prior to the event.
